How do I place an order?
Complete the order process like how you usually would and proceed to make payment via CreditCard, PayNow or Bank Transfer. The payment instructions will be provided at the payment page. For payments via PayNow or Bank Transfer, please make your payment within 72 hours and send us a message with your order number and bank transfer transaction reference to confirm your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We strive to ship out your orders within 2-5 business days, though some orders may have a longer lead time during peak and sales period.

What are your shipping charges?
All orders are charged a flat rate of $4.50 for the courier services. You can save more by bundling your purchases together

Do you have a store that I can visit?
To keep costs low, which will in turn benefit our customers, we do not have a physical store. However, we do post videos and photo reviews from our lovely customers on both our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Do you ship outside Singapore?
No. Currently, we only deliver orders within Singapore. If you are visiting Singapore and staying in a hotel, we can arrange for your order to be delivered directly to the hotel. Please contact us to arrange for this service. Note that we do not participate in the tourist tax refund scheme, so you will not be able to claim back GST on your order when you depart Singapore.

What is your return policy?
We only accept exchanges for defective items. If items are found defective upon arrival, we apologize for our oversight and will be happy to provide an exchange for you within 7 days of your delivery.
